Registered exhibitors will receive a packet with information regarding directions, set-up times, vendor bag materials, ads, housing rates and other details.
Cancellations before January 30, 2006 will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds after January 30, 2006.
We offer a number of opportunities for you to advertise your business:
An opportunity for you to showcase your wares, exhibitor presentations last one hour and are offered during our lengthy conference lunch breaks. To be included in our registration brochure, please e-mail your presentation description to the exhibit hall coordinator by November 30, 2005.
Exhibitor bags will be given to everyone attending the conference. Any exhibitor, including those not able to attend, can have their advertising materials inserted in this bag. Please send 500 pieces of the materials you would like in the exhibitor bag to the address stated in your confirmation letter. Materials must arrive no later than January 30, 2006.
Advertising is available in our program guide. Ads are in black and white on 8 1/2” X 11” paper and must be camera ready for printing when received. Submission information will be included in your confirmation letter. Ads must be received before January 30, 2006.
Our raffle is new and improved and in a prime location for all to see. Donate a product along with your business information and registrants will have a chance to win your prize! The drawing will be held Saturday morning. We will accept your donation when you arrive to set up.
